After you complete an online order with us, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY (our payment partner) containing your order details.
Typically, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of the order being placed.

For standard domestic shipping, parcels are generally sent via Australia Post.

In the event that a parcel should go missing, insured orders will be replaced at no additional cost.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a seven (7) day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.
Please email us at customerservice(at)cardgaming.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
In the event of a return, postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. We therefore recommend that you return the goods via registered post. Card Game Corner will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Alternatively, you may also physically return the item at our bricks-and-mortar store.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace merchandise that is received in damaged condition as a result of a packing error. No replacements will be issued without prior approval to return merchandise. Claims to customerservice(at)cardgaming.com.au.
